Acceptable stay but with some issues
isolated location inconsistent amenities
The location wasn't great (it felt a little isolated). Getting to nearby attractions required taxis most of the time. I also had some trouble with the room cleaning. They missed a few spots and were sometimes inconsistent with replenishing amenities, a little annoying.

stained bed sheets inconsistent cleaning
i had booked a superior king room. however, i found some cleanliness issues. the bed sheets had small stains. also, the night stand was not properly cleaned. the room cleaning was not consistent (it was only cleaned after three days, even with the card on the door).

Excellent Hotel Experience!

The staff was very friendly and proactive, always ready to help. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed great sound isolation in my room. I appreciated the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearby MRT station that extra perk!). The breakfast buffet had a good variety.
The immediate surroundings lack convenient pedestrian access. Walking requires caution.

The room featured a large, soft bed with ample pillows for added comfort. It also included a mini-fridge, a safe, and a desk with ample outlets for charging devices. The air conditioning worked efficiently to maintain a consistent and comfortable room temperature.

The reception staff were helpful in arranging transportation and providing directions. The concierge service assisted with luggage storage and retrieval smoothly. Staff members were polite and responsive to requests.
